I bought this because of the raving reviews and good price. It’s not a bad products, but I have to say after the reviews I’m a little disappointed. It is fine, but I didn’t notice any noticeable difference in my skin. I didn’t break out and my skin certainly didn’t get any worse but I didn’t get that much better either. I finished out the bottle, but probably won’t buy it again.

This line of products is AMAZING! 5 stars! Don’t hesitate!!! I’ve never been huge into skincare but I’m getting older and it was necessary to make some changes. I bought the tru skin ocean minerals toner, the vitamin C serum, the vitamin C day moisturizer, and the retinol moisturizer for night time. My skin has never been so soft and glowing!I haven’t noticed much wrinkle reduction but I’ve only been using it for a week. However, looking in the mirror, I look so refreshed and glowing. I absolutely LOVE this line of products and would recommend to anyone!

The consistency of this product is excellent. I have tried serums before with similar ingredients but this one by far has the nicest feeling – not greasy or thick. Using a quality cleanser and then this product my facial fine lines and the lines around my mouth have reduced. BUT the softness of my skin has been amazing; my powder goes on with better coverage and not blotchy. Excellent for my 70-year-old skin.

I started using this, and didn’t tell anyone. I appreciated the moisturizing aspect, that it did NOT irritate my skin, and barely had a scent/odor (I’ve strong reactions to certain odors or scents). Also, I don’t use this product e-v-e-r-y day, but every other day.It was my sister’s remark “Have you been sleeping better? You look nice.” … that made me recognize something subtle had changed, enough to get a compliment from my sister. And no – not sleeping or eating better – my life is still hectic, but my sibling thinks I look better. 😉

I am only 24 years old and my forehead had some serious wrinkles. 😳 I have been using this product once a day, on damp skin, for almost a year after washing my face. I don’t use any other products on my face and my wrinkles are hardly noticeable now. I really wish I would have taken a before picture because the results have been unbelievable. I honestly didn’t think this product alone would help so much, but I didn’t have tons of money to buy other things so I chose one skin care product and said I’d stick to it for at least a year. I’d highly recommend this product. If you stay consistent with it, I bet you will see some results.

I was pretty satisfied with this product. I definitely noticed my face appearing a lot brighter than before. It also appeared to have helped even my skin tone making it look smoother. Bare in my mind, it might work differently depending on your skin type. Mine is typically dry and oily, however this serum worked fine with my skin type. It may take time to notice the differences but if your patient enough, you will definitely see the results! It took me about a week or two to notice changes, but I recommend using this after a shower and a face wash. All in all, I would recommend this product for dry and oily skin. It does help brighten the face and help with evening the skin tone a bit (It’s not much but you’ll notice a difference over time). The only cons I really have is that it does take time to really notice a difference and it does have a slimy feeling if you’re not into that, but that’s most serums.

The problem with vitamin C no matter the price is that it can easily oxidize then lose its potency.I’m nearly done with this bottle months later and it hasn’t shown a hint of oxidation. A little bit goes a long way and very moisturizing.

I always say I’m going to write reviews about things and don’t but I’ve been using this stuff for a few years and I absolutely love it I hadn’t gotten any in a while but when I just got in the bottle I was so so disappointed because I noticed that my absolute favorite thing about it which was this just perfectly light citrus wonderful scent that used to be in it is completely gone.I literally hate the smell of citrus but whatever the smell was that used to be in this was amazing and was the number one reason I like to get it besides how it feels on my face and now I feel like I’m going to have to find a new serum. Y’all should sell it with and without scent for the people who actually do enjoy it. That’s the only reason it doesn’t have five stars it would have normally been like 20 Stars I love this stuff

I usually don’t review product but I had to review this one. The combo of this product, the ordinary alpha arbutin, naturium’s azelic acid, snail mucin, la roche-posay moisturizer literally got rid of my black forehead. I promise you it worked for me. I suggest you get that combo and watch every happen. I bought this product abd the ordinary, la roche posay about 6 days ago and the black patch on my forehead is almost gone. It’s been a major improvement. I use all those products morning and night. One last thing don’t get sunscreen in the morning. I also double cleanse (my way) with la roche posay purifying foaming cleanser then follow up with cerave hydrating facial cleanser. Before you put on the products are the cleansers, use REAL rose water (I got the one from Simplified skin-Bulgarian roses) as a toner. Try it and your skin will improve if you have melsama, dry skin, dry spots, etc. Good luck! (For context, I also have sensitive skin)
