Excellent product
No more sports drinks for me! These tablets have made a big difference in my recovery from my frequent distance runs & bike rides. Excellent value! Especially like the Tri-Berry flavor.

Taste better than the old ones
I thought I was ordering the Nuun rehydration tablets but what I got was the new Nuun ACTIVE. Looks like this is replacing the old ones which maybe are not going to be available anymore. (?) A quick look at the list of ingredients shows they have made a number of changes. Probably to avoid compounds that were a concern. Pro – I’ve only just started using them and, so far, only one flavor, but I think I like the taste better. Con – there are only 10 tabs per cylinder. They are thicker than the old ones but still each tab is to be mixed with 16 oz of water. So the cost per tab is a bit higher. In my 25 oz water bottles I use 1 1/2 tabs each fill up.Still I am giving five stars. These are incredibly convenient for cycling. I keep a tube in my saddle bag, fill up with free ice and water at McDonald’s or 7-11 or wherever and then add the NUUN. In Florida summer heat and humidity I consume about 25 oz every 10 miles and these are a big help in staying properly hydrated.Update. I saw all the negative reviews about the new NUUN. So i tried the grape flavor, may have mixed it a bit strong too. Yes it has an odd taste and some aftertaste but old NUUN had an odd taste too. I think long time users may have gotten used to the old taste and unexpected change can be hard. The old NUUN would sometimes give me just a bit of a sick feeling in my stomach especially if I drank it warm. This new formula does not seem to do that. 45 miles on the bike today in Florida heat and humidity. I consumed five waterbottles that’s 125 oz and 7 1/2 tablets. No problems. I am happy with the new NUUN. Only wish there were 12 tabs per cylinder. Also, new thicker tabs tend to get stuck in the cylinder and are hard to shake out.

Just what I needed.
I’ve never had the “original” formulation, I just started using these tablets. I am active, mainly manual labor type of stuff. I’m very contentious about hydration during high stress activities, a kidney stone will teach that lesson clearly. During the summer when I’m working outdoors it isn’t uncommon for me to drink a gallon or more of water. I didn’t feel thirsty afterwards but did feel a bit “wrung out”. A friend suggested trying an electrolyte supplement, Nuun specifically. They have made a big difference in how I feel after strenuous activity in the heat. I’ll be using these from now on. As for the flavor, I’m dissolving these tablets (1) in a quart of water so the flavor is very diluted. I don’t mind the flavor, it reminds me of watered down Gatorade, back when it was in glass jars. What I’m definitely not looking for is a cloying, super flavor forward drink. I think that would make me feel ill after a long day in the heat. Good stuff, I will continue to purchase.

Tri-Berry tastes amazing. Like Pez candy
Just got my nuun sport 4 pack today and I tried the “Tri-Berry” and was super impressed by the flavor. Zero bitterness. It tastes exactly like a Pez. It’s uncanny.I can’t speak to its efficacy yet, but for anyone worried about the flavor not being as good as the competition due to Nuun only having 1g of sugar, I would say I prefer the flavor of Nuun Tri-Berry compared to Liquid IV’s Açaí Berry flavor.When I first decided to try a hydration multiplier a month ago I went with liquid IV because I’m not watching my sugar intake and figured it probably tasted better. Not the case, at least with Nuun’s Tri-Berry. I’m not saying “Nuun tastes better than Liquid IV”. But I’m definitely saying Nuun Tri-Berry tastes better than Liquid IV açaí Berry.I also like the dissolving tablet. With the powder packets you get from the competition, you’ll likely end up breathing some of that powder in when you dump it in your water. Even if you have the opening of the packet inside the mouthpiece of your water bottle, a cloud of powder will rise out of your bottle.Hopefully the other Nuun flavors are just as good As the TriBerry. If not, I’ll definitely be getting the Tri-Berry again.

A Must-Have At All Times
This product is by far the easiest and best thing for year-round hydration! I use this daily. I have told my friend who works out in the heat on an oil rig. Tasty, Effective Low Sugar Drink Supplement
Based purely on my own personal experience, this stuff does the trick! I’m 71 and I work out 3 or 4 times a week. I always drop one tablet into my water bottle and it seems to keep me hydrated and my electrolytes, etc., in balance….

Does its job
I read about these and decided to give them a whirl. My sodium levels run low on a good day so when I run half marathons, I start to cramp at mile 10 and by the end I’m miserable. I’ve never been able to tolerate sports drinks. My stomach can’t handle the carbs or the sugar. I bought these to use on a 460 mile week long cycling ride in Iowa at the end of July aka sweatfest. I was thrilled on the first 50 mile day with 3500 ft of climb in mid 90s weather with matching humidity that the Nuun worked well for me without any side effects. I was even more thrilled when we discovered Nuun representatives in our charter each morning with huge containers for us to fill our bike bottles. Day 2 covered 76 miles with 4500 ft of climb and I was convinced that the Nuun kept me on the right side of hydration. By the end of the week, they had a lifetime fan. Nuun will be with me on all rides and runs of long distance. If you’ve had trouble with the more popular sports drinks, I’d encourage you to try these. Do they taste great? They aren’t as good as a margarita or ice cold beer if that’s what you’re after. Will you make faces as you drink them? No, it’s not like chugging cold medicine that makes your hair stand on end. But, it does it’s job.

Good choice for re-hydration
I’ve used various hydration products and prefer NUUN to them all. Its got the right balance of electrolytes, etc, not filled with sugar like a gatorade or sports drink, and comes in multiple flavors. The Caffeine version come in handy when you on a long hike or for other extended activities. The only drawback is the tablet takes a while to “dissolve” and you have to break it if you want to fit it in a standard bottled water opening. I’ve also used drip drop which comes in an easy to open powder mix in single portions, but I find that too sweet and not as good as NUUN.

The secret to running in hot tropical climates
This is the perfect hydration solution for running in hot tropical climates. You drink the Nuun before your run and it has electrolytes so it doesn’t just go straight through you. It keeps you hydrated and able to run in the summer island heat. Also the flavors are good, not sweet at all, and just all around pleasant to drink.I gave a few tubes to my parents to keep hydrated and they go through them quickly. Better than that sweet Gatorade stuff.

Good for hydration
I got these to use for hot weather when I’m outside all day and sweating a lot. I also plan to use them in my water while I’m in labor to stay hydrated. The tablet takes a bit to dissolve fully in the water. I had to break one up so it would fit into the opening of my bottle of water. I don’t like the taste of plain water, so these tablets help me keep up my water intake with some nice, light fruit flavors. I like all of the flavors. To me, it tastes like fruity, watery, alka seltzer-gatorade. It is not very sweet, but I like it like that. Just enough of a flavor to make me want to drink it, but not super sweet like a lot of sports drinks. (My husband hates the taste and wants it to be much sweeter.) I feel better too after I drink it, like it actually is replenishing the electrolytes. I would buy this again.

I have always been a big fan of Nuun
I have always been a big fan of Nuun. However, they introduced new packaging to reduce the serving size at the same price. I can’t help but pay attention. Even though they have to raise prices to keep up with inflation, as other buyers said, with this new design, they do still cause more waste on each tablet. I will continue to buy it, but I will always feel bitter about how they take a great product and dilute it. original Their new formula is called “Nuun Active”. The number of pills per pack is now about 18% less than before. The original formula can dissolve in 1.5 minutes. I find it is closer to 5 minutes now. I don’t like the new packaging very much, the taste is a bit different, but I will buy it again。

Rehydrates!
I have sleep apnea and become dehydrated overnight night. I keep a glass in the fridge overnight and drink first thing in the morning. The flavors are great and I like that I can carry it with me and just grab a bottle of water if I need to rehydrate.

You Will be Hydrated
My wife and I took these with us on a hike at Yosemite. The road to the top of the mountain was closed, so the only way to get up there was a 6 hour hike (3 up, 3 down). We packed the recommended amount of water a I popped a couple of these tablets into the water bladder. Unbeknownst to us, the refill station at the top of the mountain was out of order. We (stupidly) drank all of the water for the entire hike on the way up. Going downhill, we were able to make it the 3 hours down without any water, and I credit these tablets. I do not recommend trying this, but the tablets do help with hydration.

My kids actually love this and put it in their water! It is not sweet so I am surprised they like it! They particularly like the grape and lemon/citrus flavor. I like it as well! I am happy my kids like it because they play sports and I wasn’t happy with the sport’s drink ingredients. But this seems better and if my kids like that’s a win win!

Good way to wake up!
I’ve been trying to get electrolytes first thing in the morning to help give me a boost. The miracle hangover prevention – also good for other uses
I use these all the time and they are fantastic, however they maybe changed the formula? They used to be thinner tablets, now they’re extremely thick and they take a while to fully dissolve. It’s not worth removing a star but it’s definitely worth noting – I wonder why the change?I use these instead of sugary sports drinks when I work out or am at the office. But to be reaaaalllllyyyyy honest, I mostly use these as a hangover preventative. This is all relative and your mileage may vary FYI. When doing moderate drinking, before you go to bed, put one tablet in a large cup of water and drink once it’s done dissolving. When doing heavy drinking for a sporting event, or a wedding, or whatever other excuse you have for drinking too much, then I’ll usually take 1 a few hours into drinking and then 1 more before bed. Usually, doing this and drinking some water in between every few drinks should be enough to prevent hangovers. I’ve had some mornings where I woke up and couldn’t believe I felt as good as I did. Regardless, you probably shouldn’t use these so you can drink every night and wake up okay, that’s unhealthy – but using them to save yourself from yourself once or twice a month…that’s probably still unhealthy but hey, I’m no saint.The flavor is fine, it tastes like a normal sports drink to me. Maybe not the same as a sugary gatorade or sugar-substitute-filled powerade zero or something but I’m okay with that. Dissolve in warm or lukewarm water, as it won’t go as well if your drink starts cold.

Love this product
I use it if I feel a bit shaky in the morning or if I have sweated a lot. I cut a table in half and put it i 8 ozs of water. It does the trick. I’ve purchaed this product several times and will continue to do so. a nurse told me about it – it has very little sugar in it compared to most other brands of electrolytes.

Bought these for hiking in the heat and at altitude. They’re effervescent, and take a little while to dissolve, so leave yourself a little time and leave your water bottle open while the tablets are dissolving. My husband wasn’t impressed with the flavors, but I liked them. So far we’ve tried the citrus and the lemon-lime. Flavors are not super strong but are definitely noticeable. Can’t say I can measure how well the tablets helped us hydrate, but at minimum, the water was more drinkable because of the flavor.

Yum, hydration
I was starting to get Charley horses in my calves because it’s easy to get dehydrated in summer. I got these and no more problems, and they helped to keep me hydrated. I like the flavors, & they don’t have that nasty Stevia taste that a lot of these have, even though they have Stevia in them.

These are my favorite pre run and/or post run hydration tablets. Good amount of electrolytes without the sweetness. Does exactly what I need it to, preload some electrolytes before the run and/or replenish them when i need to. convenient way to carry it around and easy to drop in a water bottle.

Great Electrolyte Tablets
These are terrific. I have never used any electrolyte replacement before, but at the beginning of this summer I was playing tennis in the heat and humidity for hours and felt completed exhausted and depleted. I tried drinking Gatorade and it made a huge difference (for the better.) But I didn’t want all the sugar or the inconvenience of needing to have it at the ready. A fellow tennis player suggested the NUUN tablets and they have been a life saver! I keep them in my tennis bag and add them to my water bottle as needed. I have felt great all summer, in spite of losing pounds in sweat after a match. I have also given them to my son who works outdoors and has had trouble with heat exhaustion and dehydration since he was a child. He loves them as well!

Nuun Sport Electrolyte Tablets for Proactive Hydration, Mixed Citrus Berry Flavors
I purchased these for my son. He really liked them. My son is not easy to buy for. He is successful and is able to get most anything for himself. He does love my care packages, though. He loves the convenience of these tablets to make a refreshing, healthy drink for himself. I will be purchasing these again for him.

Bought these before and came back for more
I bought these last winter and they were great so I ended up buying them again for this winter. They all taste great like fruit juices.I like how they are not too sweet and don’t have a bad aftertaste. I just drop it in some water and sip it throughout the day to make sure I am hydrated.

Love this product
I use it if I feel a bit shaky in the morning or if I have sweated a lot. I cut a table in half and put it i 8 ozs of water. It does the trick. I’ve purchaed this product several times and will continue to do so. a nurse told me about it – it has very little sugar in it compared to most other brands of electrolytes.

Takes a little while to dissolve but otherwise great
I’ve liked all the flavors in the variety pack which is always tricky with zero sugar/low sodium drink mixes IMO. I’ve had no issues with the packaging like others have mentioned in reviews and I like the accurate portioning of a tablet versus scooping powder. My only issue is that these dissolve and in that process they give off a small amount of gas bubbles… meaning you cannot put a cap or top on the container until it completely dissolved. It doesn’t take all that long but long enough to be inconvenient.

No complaints
Bought these for hiking in the heat and at altitude. They’re effervescent, and take a little while to dissolve, so leave yourself a little time and leave your water bottle open while the tablets are dissolving. My husband wasn’t impressed with the flavors, but I liked them. So far we’ve tried the citrus and the lemon-lime. Flavors are not super strong but are definitely noticeable. Can’t say I can measure how well the tablets helped us hydrate, but at minimum, the water was more drinkable because of the flavor.

Great for Long Workouts
I love nuun for long workouts where I’m going to be sweating a lot. They also work well for an upset stomach. All of the flavors are good, but out of these lemon lime is my favorite.

Taste better than the old ones
I thought I was ordering the Nuun rehydration tablets but what I got was the new Nuun ACTIVE. Looks like this is replacing the old ones which maybe are not going to be available anymore. (?) A quick look at the list of ingredients shows they have made a number of changes. Probably to avoid compounds that were a concern. Pro – I’ve only just started using them and, so far, only one flavor, but I think I like the taste better. Con – there are only 10 tabs per cylinder. They are thicker than the old ones but still each tab is to be mixed with 16 oz of water. So the cost per tab is a bit higher. In my 25 oz water bottles I use 1 1/2 tabs each fill up.Still I am giving five stars. These are incredibly convenient for cycling. I keep a tube in my saddle bag, fill up with free ice and water at McDonald’s or 7-11 or wherever and then add the NUUN. In Florida summer heat and humidity I consume about 25 oz every 10 miles and these are a big help in staying properly hydrated.Update. I saw all the negative reviews about the new NUUN. So i tried the grape flavor, may have mixed it a bit strong too. Yes it has an odd taste and some aftertaste but old NUUN had an odd taste too. I think long time users may have gotten used to the old taste and unexpected change can be hard. The old NUUN would sometimes give me just a bit of a sick feeling in my stomach especially if I drank it warm. This new formula does not seem to do that. 45 miles on the bike today in Florida heat and humidity. I consumed five waterbottles that’s 125 oz and 7 1/2 tablets. No problems. I am happy with the new NUUN. Only wish there were 12 tabs per cylinder. Also, new thicker tabs tend to get stuck in the cylinder and are hard to shake out.

Oops, it’s a Nestle product
I’ve purchased quite a few tubes of Nuun since I was first introduced to them about 5 years ago. They’re good and effective, with my only practical issue being that they expire due to humidity more quickly than I’d like after opening. If you’re a regular consumer this shouldn’t affect you.I stopped buying them about a year ago, when it came to my attention that they had been bought by the reprehensible Nestle, which I’m proud to say I’ve boycotted now for over a decade. I didn’t have a true replacement for some time after that, only splurging on Pedialytes once or twice for hangovers that truly demanded it.Recently I decided to try find a proper substitute and came across Vitalyte, which I’ve enjoyed, and which frankly goes a lot further.

They work
I am a heavy sweater and working outdoors in the sticky Alabama summer you would be sweating too. I refused to take any supplements and shy away from all those neon colored energy drinks. After comparing a wide range of electrolyte replacement supplements, I opted for these easy to store and carry tablets. They took a bit longer to dissolve than I would like and the flavors are not very good, but since I started popping a tablet in my water while still outdoors, I feel much less exhausted when I am done.

Easy Source of Electrolytes.. and less expensive
My doc told me to increase my water consumption, AND my Electrolytes.. Those “Sports” drinks aren’t cheap! He also suggested this option, where you just drop a tablet in 16 oz. of water and you’re solving both issues.Not the tastiest drink on the planet, but you’re not getting lots of artificial sweeteners to make those bottled drinks palatable. AND.. they’re a heck of a lot less expensive then them as well.

Not consistent
I have had a monthly subscription to this product for well over a year. I’m a huge fan, however, there are times when I receive the box and all of the tablets have somehow been exposed to water. The last package I received, three out of the four tubes were open, and all were trashed.

Yum, hydration
I was starting to get Charley horses in my calves because it’s easy to get dehydrated in summer. I got these and no more problems, and they helped to keep me hydrated. I like the flavors, & they don’t have that nasty Stevia taste that a lot of these have, even though they have Stevia in them.

Flavor OK – Great for hydration
I bought these drink tablets specifically for hydration while playing pickleball in Louisiana. They definitely do a great job keeping me hydrated. The flavors are just OK. Not sure which one I like best or least yet. Based on input from several other players, there is no consensus favorite flavor.Do yourself a favor, try the variety pack to see which flavor you like best and find the flavor you like most and just stick with that one!

Helps night cramps
I used to cycle and used these – they really helped with that ‘drop.’ I have not cycled since I got my pup 6 years ago, but have since developed horrible and painful nighttime cramping in my feet and legs. These help! It’s either psychosomatic or there is science behind the alleviation of night cramps; whatever it is, I’m hooked!

Good way to wake up!
I’ve been trying to get electrolytes first thing in the morning to help give me a boost. Initially, I was taking a bit of sea salt with some water – which was gross.So, I searched for some good electrolyte products online and came across Nuun.Pros:- Tastes great- It actually works and makes me feel more alert in the morningCons:- Takes a long time to dissolve- Has 4g of carbs in every serving (not for my Keto friends!)

Good for hydration
I got these to use for hot weather when I’m outside all day and sweating a lot. I also plan to use them in my water while I’m in labor to stay hydrated. The tablet takes a bit to dissolve fully in the water. I had to break one up so it would fit into the opening of my bottle of water. I don’t like the taste of plain water, so these tablets help me keep up my water intake with some nice, light fruit flavors. I like all of the flavors. To me, it tastes like fruity, watery, alka seltzer-gatorade. It is not very sweet, but I like it like that. Just enough of a flavor to make me want to drink it, but not super sweet like a lot of sports drinks. (My husband hates the taste and wants it to be much sweeter.) I feel better too after I drink it, like it actually is replenishing the electrolytes. I would buy this again.

Eliminated my leg cramps!!
I started adding this to my daily water intake, And I have had no leg cramps or foot cramps for over a week now. I used to get cramps at night especially if my feet got cold. But we like it cooler in the bedroom, so it was a dilemma until I found these drink tablets. Each one is like an Alka Seltzer tablet – you drop it in a glass of water and wait for it to dissolve. The taste of water with just these tablets seems pretty bland IMO, but I just add a few drops of a compatible water flavor enhancer. I’ve been doing two tablets with two glasses of water per day, and ZERO night cramps for a week now. Amazing change after several years of battling night cramps

Game changer in hydration.
Nuun was recommended to me by my massage therapist. This is a game changer in hydration. These are better than Gatorade, and I love Gatorade. It took me a few swallows to get used to the taste but overall they’re pretty good. Nuun is light and fizzy, like you were drinking flavored soda water that actually tastes good. It is not at all syrupy like other sports drinks can be. I would also make the argument that these tablets replenish your electrolytes better and faster than sports drinks. I dissolved 2 tablets in my 32oz water bottle, drank a bit of it, and began feeling the effects almost immediately. I use about 2 tablets a day on top of all the other water I drink and I stay pretty balanced.I can also attest to how helpful these are when you’re nursing a hangover. I don’t normally drink much but went camping with friends recently and had a few more than I usually do. I woke up feeling a bit hungover, dropped a couple tablets in my water bottle, and about an hour after I finished it I was feeling right as rain.Seriously, I can’t recommend these enough. I would absolutely give them a try if you’re thinking about it. I can tell you I will be keeping these regularly stocked in my house from now on.

Does the trick as a baseline electrolyte, convenient to carry around
I have come to like these but prefer another brand that I really stand by. Because my preferred brand has been unavailable due to demand, I tried these. I think it’s best to list out pros and cons…PROS-I like the “tablet” style form factor and containers that allows easy transporting – just drop them into a bottle of water and go – no messy powder-I like the flavors, berry is my favorite-I like how they use stevia as a sweetenerCONS-Claiming to be for sports, the time it takes for one of these to dissolve in water is way too long. If it broke up and dissolved within 20 seconds, that would be preferred, especially when you need to intake your electrolytes quickly.-The effervescence is not a preference of mine. It slightly stings your mouth and brings on a sort of Alka Seltzer sensation. The first time I tasted this, I winced a bit – it’s not something I want to experience when I’m exercising-The flavors, although good, are way too light for something like a sports bottle. I have to add one and a half of these tablets to get the flavor I’m after-For a sports product, the sodium amount is quite low. My preferred brand is made for sports as well and really boosts that sodium level, which is needed when you are releasing some hardcore sweat-I can’t seem to find a two or 4 pack of just one flavor. You must order a variety flavor pack or 8 pack of one flavor. I may just not have found it yet?
