Not a Miracle, but Helps
I wouldn’t say this a miracle cure or anything, but I could tell a difference after using it. It did help with my headache, but all the other symptoms of a hangover were still present. The taste is ok, definitely not the best strawberry drink I’ve ever tasted, but I know it has to be super sweet to cover up the salt content. I would say the price is a bit high, but overall not a bad product.

I’m on the of those people that forget to drink enough water throughout the day, or don’t feel like it because I have an overactive bladder and don’t like running to the bathroom 20 times a day at work..so these are nice to have on hand to get hydrated. I also like to indulge in adult beverages so when I drink one before bed after all the alcohol, then again in the morning, it can really help a hangover. It is a bit pricey, $2 a packet, but hey it’s convenient. It’s also pretty sugary tasting and 11g of sugar so I wish that was lower. The taste isn’t bad, it reminds me of Gatorade with extra sugar.

Anytime I drink alcohol I drink one of these before and right before I go to bed and they have honestly helped. I don’t think there’s anything you can buy to completely get rid of a hangover but these honestly made me feel so much better. They are a little pricey but worth it!

I’ve never had this so I wasn’t sure how good they would taste. They don’t taste very good to me. The taste is close to the taste of pedilyte. It does help with hydration as stated!

Is it worth it?
I like the added flavor to plain water, as I only drink water. I am unsure about using this as a supplement if you are “ALREADY” dehydrated. I drink these at least twice weekly to avoid dehydration and get to the doctor if I am dehydrated. This product is a little costly, but to me, it is worth it.

My husband tried them for the rest time a couple weeks ago. He’s been working outside in Louisiana heat (over 100 degrees) and felt dehydrated. He said he put only a fraction in his water bottle and drank it and then some more in another water bottle and drank it. By the time he was done, he felt great. I will say from experience DO NOT use the entire tube in one 16oz water bottle. It will taste like a sweet tart in a not good way. Split it up.

No more body cramps!
My husband tried this product, begrudgingly, for his chronic leg/body cramps; especially in the hot summer months. Normally he wakes up at night in extreme pain from leg or even abdomen cramps due to his strenuous outdoor work. Since using these every day, the cramps are a rarity… and typically when he didn’t drink any LiquidIV that day. This has truly been a life saver. Highly recommend!

Helped to keep me hydrated
I was not feeling well and liquid IV hydration was recommended by a friend. Plain water tasted bad to me but by adding the Liquid IV I was able to drink it and stay hydrated. It was a little strong in flavor so just added a little less than recommended. I will definitely be keeping this product stocked in my house for when needed.

I like this product. Best with ice and twice as much water as recommended. I dehydrate quickly for no reason especially overnight so I drink this in the morning sometimes. Drinking before bed keeps me up so be careful of that.

The taste was okay. They’re is a lot of sodium and sugar, but it’s kind of understandable when they’re part of their CTT, if you read the packaging. After trying it, I have noticed that the fluids stay in me longer than usual, rather than it going straight to my bladder. To put in perspective, I drink a lot of water normally, but it’s a nice thing to have something to replace the nutrients flushed out. Really good to drink after a bike ride to work as well. Overall, not bad!

I do not like the artificial coloring in other, similar products. This is sooooo easy to use and so much better! Great product; Excellent results
Taste is good. Tried it in the recommended 16oz of water and it seemed “thick”. Not noticeably thick but it felt thicker than water in my mouth. A sensation I’d prefer to NOT have. I read through the reviews and someone stated they enjoy it better in 40oz of water. I’m going to try that and update my review after.

WAY TOO SWEET! But really works
Edit: I had a terrible headache tonight, and when that happens they don’t ever go away until the next morning, even when I chug water and take pain medicine. I chugged a liquid iv and it actually disappeared within 10 minutes! I felt a difference in one!! It definitely works to hydrate you quickly!I got the strawberry, and absolutely hated the flavor, it was REALLY strong, and way too sweet, it made me feel like I was drinking extra concentrated strawberry soda. My husband’s was in an Ozarka water bottle, and his was too salty. I’m not sure about the Hydration factor, since neither of us could handle more than a few gulps.

Been buying for over 4 months- love many flavors
This has been a part of my daily routine since the beginning of this year to help with vitamins I do not get enough of. It also helps lower my chances of migraines by keeping me more hydrated.This was one of the few choices that didn’t use artificial sweeteners- which some doctors say is a no for migraines. It also wasn’t made in a facility with nuts, as I have a severe nut allergy. I switch flavors almost every order, partially because the prices vary and the day they ship on changes based on flavor. I’ve tried maybe 5 flavors- all good.

Strawberry doesn’t mix well.
Strawberry flavor doesn’t mix as well as the lemon-lime. I’m always left with a sudden chunk of flavor at the bottom.

Helpful go to for hydration
Great product. I have heat issues dropping my blood pressure to dangerous levels making me lethargic when playing tennis in heat/humidity. I been drinking for 2 years and this has really helped. I drink this and water in separate containers and seems to lift my BP issues. Occasionally will add small container of Gatorade with salt pre-match. Great tasting. Actually tastes sweet and can’t taste any salt.

Great rehydration solution
This is a great rehydration solution. This is not a sports drink though as it has a lot of sodium. It works great for rehydrating people who have suffered dehydration from one reason or another. The higher level of sodium and potassium are needed to rehydrate the body. Great product

I don’t always want sugar in my electrolytes, but occasionally I prefer a little bit of sugar after a difficult workout session or sauna. Liquid IV is great for that, and actually feel that the few grams of sugar do increase the absorption of electrolytes. Now, before my workouts, I take a fasting specific creatine called Lift, then after the workout I’ll rehydrate with Liquid Iv. This combo helps boost my energy and I feel great all day.These electrolytes mix, well, and the to go packets are perfect for somebody like me who’s always on the move. I would highly recommend.

Necessary
Would give it 5 but the price. This is a necessary product for people who Have to work in the Heat. So it is frustrating to find things advertised or targeted for “sports or excercise” & priced accordingly when it’s a required fundamental for people who have No Choice but to buy & use daily or Die from Heat stroke.

For those wild nights were you make irresponsible decisions. Don’t dread dehydration. Dump one of these in a cold glass of 16oz of water without ice, mix thoroughly, and kick it back before bed. legit electrolyte replacer for heavy loss days (immense sweat, hard labor, hiking). Not daily use
I dont know why this doesn’t show the nutritional information on the product page. Ingredients, yes, but amounts, no. If I was shopping around, I likely would never have purchased this. But I had tried it before and already knew that it was a legit electrolyte replacer.But here’s the thing. There are any so-called electrolyte replacers on the market. Don’t buy this if you are just looking to flavor your water. Buy this if you profusely sweat, work hard labor outside, or go for long intense hikes, or for emergency use if water is scarce (I like keeping some in my car).A true electrolyte replacer of a serious kind will have quite a bit of sodium (and sugar) and will not taste all that great. But it will help your body quickly, and could be matter of feeling well or feeling bad, or maybe difference between life and death. It isn’t water itself that hydrates you, it is minerals/electrolytes. Did you know that if you drank too much water and didnt have enough actual electrolytes, that you are in fact dehydrating yourself further? This is because your body is being diluted. So add in an “electrolyte multiplier” such as Liquid IV, and you will be set. Keep this in mind in case you are the type that aims for drinking a gallon or so of water a day (or be sure to eat foods that will replenish electrolytes).Not seriously dehydrated? Then go with something more low key. Something that may have just a little sodium, sugar, and minerals. Some are even sugar free. That’s good for those not into drinking water or much of any fluid or watery foods, of for light weight activity, basic hot day, just feeling run down. A little goes a long way- good for cruises
I got the lemon lime flavor. I found that it doesn’t dissolve easily. Lots of shaking and stirring will still leave a lot of sediment at the bottom of a glass. I also found that one packet would easily be enough for double the water recommended. The packet says to add to 16 oz of water. If I did this, there would be a pile of sediment at the bottom. I also gound the flavor to be too intense at full strength. I have best results adding half a packet to 32oz of water.I got it for a cruise, as ships typically distill drinking water. Having the added electrolytes helps to stay hydrated in this situation. It is even more practical when a typical cruise passenger may enjoy more adult beverages than they would at home.Did this product ward off or cure hangovers? Difficult to say. Did I use it again on a follow up cruise? Yes

Yummy In My Tummy
I think these taste great! Especially when added to something else like a body armor drink. I like to drink these when I’m flying since the airplanes can be so drying. Is it helping? Honestly I don’t know because I don’t have the tools or education to properly measure that. However, feel like I don’t get as many dehydration headaches when I use these. So whether that’s the product working or just me drinking more fluids as a result of me using the product, I am more hydrated.
