Power Up with Hydration
When we went to Disney World, I almost had a heat stroke! My husband bought 2 bottles of water with these ingredients at the Epcot World Showcase – Japan Pavilion. They seriously brought me back to awareness and energy! Plain water was too slow to rehydrate me. I take these on walks, tours, cruise ships to protect myself. Very easy to carry and add to water when needed.

This is like drinking a SUPER concentrated gatorade or powerade. It is very strong but does the job. I always feel better pretty shortly after drinking this if I feel like I’m dehydrated.

Perfect to drink after working out or in the yard. Even after housework, when I’m tired. When I feel totally out of energy after yard work, etc, I put half of a package (I’m small) into a bottle or glass of water. It quickly gives me an energy boost and I feel much better. I’ve tried several different flavors, and love them all!

Great taste
I love this product. I have had heat exhaustion and at my age (75) it takes longer to recover but this speeds up the recovery time for me. I can only drink so much water but IV Boost gives you what your body needs to recover. The big part is it is low in sugar (11g) which is important for diabetics’. This also has Zinc which helps the immune system.Now I do not mix a cording to the instructions. Usually, the flavoring in these types of products is overdone (very strong) so I use A Smartwater bottle of 23.7 Fl Oz instead of the recommended 16 Oz. at this mix ratio I can drink the entire bottle in just a few swallows.

I have tried many flavors of the liquid IV and this is by far my favorite. The flavor is great and its easy to mix in a bottle of water. Its great to take along to the gym, road trips or just to have around the house. I would recommend this flavor!!!!

I drink this on the regular. Great to drink during workouts. But I’ve also found that it’s good to drink if you’ve had a bit too much alcohol and you become dehydrated.

My go-to for hydration
As a senior, I find it more difficult to stay adequately hydrated. Dehydration can be dangerous and lead to nausea, dizziness, and irregular heartbeat. Plain water just doesn’t help anymore. Good flavor
I love all the liquid IV flavors they’re very good and addictive, but they are also very expensive compared to lot of other drinks that are very similar…. I stopped buying them because of the price , once in a while, they go on sale. You’ll save a few dollars but still it’s not worth it really

Tastes good, feels better. I bring these to parties and events and convince every one of my friends to end the night with a liquid IV if they want to wake up ready to rock. Has not failed us!!! So convenient. I can easily carry a few in my purse at all times.

Pricy but worth it
I have been having issues cramping so I make sure to drink lots of water and one sports drink a day after working in the heat. Invariably I start to get cramps in my calf and toes so I drink more and take supplements. I drank this per advise from my son and all I can say is, WOW! After working in the sun all day I felt so much better within a few minutes. No more cramps. I was introduced to this last summer and I am making sure I am stock up. If you work in the heat you need this stuff.

Love this flavor!
This is my favorite flavor of Liquid IV, and it has immune support! It has an orange taste and is packed with vitamins. It is great to throw in your purse or car and always have with you. This brand doesn’t mix as well with cold water but eventually mix up. It works better with room-temperature water.

Great product
A ER nurse friend recommended this to me. I always drink one before a workout and I can tell a big difference. She also said they were great if you have a hangover but I have not tested that. Highly recommend this but I only like the lemon lime flavor, the others are gross.

We all need a little hydration during summer, instead of me drinking 4 bottles of water I drink one of these. I always feel better after drinking a water with a pack of these. My son loves drinks these as well which is a plus for me. I do make sure my water is super cold so it taste better.

Obsessed – helps with dehydration headaches
This stuff is amazing. I work in an office which is so dry all the time and just generally suck at remembering to drink water so I find myself with a dehydration headache more often than I’d like. I got a sample of Liquid IV in my FabFitFun subscription box and was surprised by how well this stuff worked. All the flavors are great, but Strawberry and this Tangerine are my favs. It’s not too overpowering or fake tasting and it takes about 15 mins for my headaches to go away. Also when I drink it in the morning I think it peps me up, especially if you’ve had a drink or two the night before. I know it’s designed for hardcore athletes, but from a stupid office worker who can’t remember to drink water, thank you Liquid IV for helping a girl out.

This is a great hydrator for those with medical issues
I could not absorb enough hydration with drinking water or another sport drink. If you are suffering from a light bleed due a medical condition, then this will help you so much. I start my day off every morning and and dry mouth has slowed so much.

I’ve tried a few different kinds of these since learning such a thing exists, but I can say these are the best ones. After a hard days night this miracle potion will help you round the corner and get right again. The taste isn’t like kool-aid or soda, but it tastes a little like Gatorade. If you fail to keep water on the menu while you’re hammering high balls at the bar, this will be your best friend before you hit the hay or when you roll out of bed in the morning. Also might be good for the flu.

Necessity for long work days in the sun

Liquid IV has saved my butt a few times when I’ve gotten close to more severe dehydration. It is 100% worth the buy. The tangerine flavor is pretty good. I also love the passion fruit but I haven’t been able to find that one in bulk bags yet. 10/10 would recommend.

Works well, a lot of sugar though
I have tried a variety of flavors of Liquid IV and like all of the ones I tried. The tangerine is one of my favorites. It seems to work well for me, hydrates me and gives me some energy. I wish there was less sugar in it. It has a very sweet flavor, even for me, a sugar addict, plus it’s just a lot for a drink, it has cane sugar, dextrose and stevia. On the plus side, there are no artificial sweeteners in it, while many of their competitors use artificial sweeteners in addiction to sugar. So I was happy to find one with no artificial sweeteners. I wish they would offer a variety flavor pack.

Not happy about the amount of sugar but more interested in hydration. Cancer takes it out of you. Staying hydrated is the key. Just drinking water does not work. This flavor is my new favorite.

I’ve tried the Lemon Lime Liquid IV before and wasn’t a fan. It was way too salty. The Tangerine flavor Immune Support is still a bit salty (probably no getting around that with the ingredients) but it’s a much better taste. It’s a must to use 16oz of water, minimum, for the best flavor. That said, this really works. I’m not the best at staying hydrated and this helps me play catch up. I also drink it when I’m under a lot of physical or emotional stress to stay well. It has been great to lessen symptoms during a few seasonal colds. I highly recommend!

I like this better than other powdered electrolytes
I work outside all summer and drink lots of bottles of water, but still need to replace the electrolytes. I’ve tried the various liquids, and they make me nauseous. I tried another brand of the powder, and didn’t really like the flavor.These weren’t too bad flavor wise, and they didn’t make me nauseous. I’m not a big fan of sugar substitutes, but I could drink this ok.

I got this for my summer pregnancy. I would swell a bit and feel like fainting. I always feel super warm when pregnant so summer was very unpleasant. I needed something to stay hydrated and my sister recommended this. Glad I tried it! Worked very well! I use half in a big glass and drink two cups a day. The taste was good and it seemed to help. I have tried several things but so far this works the best. Would recommend it!
