Overall all a good product with good ingredients that I purchase for my elderly mother. I am happy with the ingredients listed, except for the titanium dioxide which has no benefit and I could care less what colour the tablet is (white, brown, pink, green, spotted, it does not matter). My mother was using chewable vitamins before which should be avoided due to high sugar and/or sweetener levels.

One of the vitamins recommended by my bariatric coordinator but another nutritionist suggested I add vitamin b12 and biotin These are easy to swallow and I only have to take one a day. I don’t mind taking the other 2 supplements because they are small and easy to swallow. I have to wait to see my blood work if I continue these vitamins They are cheaper and easier to take than traditional bariatric vitamins

My doctor wants me to take a multiple vitamin. This item has small pills in an oval shape that are easy to take. Although I take pills easily, I suspect that these are coated to make swallowing easier. I like these and will continue to take them. As for the effects, I have no idea!

Feel more energized!
I’ve been taking it daily for one month and darned if I don’t feel more energized. It’s easy to swallow, tasteless, price is right and it’s unusual for me to notice a difference. I’m 63 and doing serious physical labor on my Caribbean fixer upper. I’ve tried a handful of supplements to boost my energy and will be sticking with this one. Thank you for this product. I’ve been taking Centrum for many years. I didn’t like the larger tablet and find this one much easier to swallow. There is no flavor that I can detect. So far, it’s been a good multi-vitamin for me. It was recommended by my pharmacist as Unicap was no longer available.

I have bought these vitamins for the past couple of years, for both my mom and my husband’s grandma, and they are amazing. They have different effects depending on a person’s body, bc they make our grandma hungrier (she usually likes to have only 2 meals a day); with the vitamins she’s always munching on something.And they make my mom feel more awake, energized. It’s amazing! I would totally recommend them.

Be careful in swallowing this vitamin
Although I take other vitamins in addition to this, I feel it’s a good overall vitamin, and it’s one my doctor recommended. I found the pills are rather large to swallow. I did have one that lodged sideways in my throat which was a frightening experience. It left my throat rather raw as it took quite some time to dissolve before it would go down. Using applesauce or something of that consistency does make taking them easier.

These vitamins are exactly what I’ve been looking for. My nails have only grown healthy with 1 other brand of vitamin supplement & it became very expensive and hard to find. In between I’ve tried other brands but none were anywhere close the great results I’ve had with this multivitamin. Not only is it easier to swallow than most, it’s complete, including just enough iron. For years I’ve chosen vitamins without iron because they had too much & upset my stomach. This one is my new favorite.

This is a great value for the cost. 200 tablets! The pills are large but I don’t have a problem with swallowing them. I was low on vitamin D and B12 but after being on these for a few months my levels are now fine. I take them with food because I can feel nauseous from them if I don’t. That almost stopped me from ordering this a second time but the value and benefits outweighed that one con.

This is the highest potency vitamin I could find that is reasonably easy to swallow (others are huge and/smell and taste terrible), so in this way I was very pleased. However it has Red dye #40 in it, which is a possible carcinoge at worst and unnecessary, at best. I avoided buying “One A Day,” for that reason, so I’ll finish this bottle, but will continue looking further.

I got a good price on Centrum and I figure it’s a good brand so it probably breaks down and gets metabolized better than some of the generics I usually buy. I have noticed, though, that I have to take these on an empty stomach, or else I start feeling sick if it’s sitting on top of a meal. This is my first ever bottle of this vitamin, so I have only taken one so far. This is a large bottle, and the pills are large, but I do not find them too large to swallow at all. I have had to swallow larger pills than these before, some that were truly gag worthy. This pill went down quite easily with a gulp of room temperature water. I did not taste much flavour, thank goodness. I had a meal about 4 or so hours ago, but in future, I plan to take the vitamin with my meal. I think they likely will metabolise much better that way.If this multi-vitamin does help my health, then this is very good value for money, and that is saying something because I do not feel I get good value from the medical profession any more ever. Doctors offices are horrible these days, and hospitals are MUCH worse. Here we have what are supposed to be 200 high quality multi-vitamins for roughly $16 or so. I think that is a really good deal, and I am worth it. So are you!My experience with vitamins has always been that I never notice any difference in how I feel until I STOP taking them, so I do not expect to notice a big improvement in how I feel as I take these because I think the change will be both gradual and subtle, but I bet by the time I finish this bottle if I stop taking them, I will feel it. At this time, I have no reason not to give these an overall thumbs up.My bottle has an expiration date of 11/20.ETA: I do not have a problem swallowing these vitamins, but I find the pill just sticks in my chest for a good long time after I swallow it, and it HURTS. It takes at least an hour for it to dissolve enough to stop feeling painful in my chest. I think perhaps if these were coated, they would go down much more smoothly. This is a pretty big issue for me because I do NOT like pain (who does?), so I will not upgrade these vitamins to 5 stars for this reason alone.For best results, I now take the vitamin during the middle of a meal. As I continue to eat my food, it seems to help push the pill down. If I take it after a meal, it just sticks painfully in my chest for at least an hour. If you have this problem, I suggest you take it just before you begin eating your meal, or take it during your meal but not afterward.

This is a great multi vitamin for women over 50. We have different needs as we’re getting older. This vitamin has pretty much everything that you’d want in a multivitamin. I can take this on an empty stomach with no problems and I like that it’s just one pill a day and the pill size is not enormous. It’s a very easy pill to swallow and I’d suggest this to anyone that wants a complete multivitamin and the price is great too. This is a winner.

I have iron deficiency anemia and rely on vitamins, iron supplements and lots of veggies to stay healthy. Several months ago I switched to a cheaper brand multivitamin. I didn’t notice it at first but I was slowly feeling more and more tired. Then I started getting brain fog. Sometimes I am really dumb. I ordered a large bottle of Centrum Silver and started taking them right away. I apologize for sounding like an infomercial, but I definitely notice the difference.

I tried numerous multi-vitamins on my elderly relative with advanced Parkinsons. She had trouble with all of them: too hard to swallow, bad taste so she refused them, chewables too hard to chew,and so on. Some simply did not have the proper nutrients in them.I finally tried this one. 6 weeks later, she has improved in her cognition and happiness and appears to have more energy.I am surprised to hear that some people find this pill is hard to swallow. One of the problems in Parkinson’s is the increasing inability to swallow. Apparently this pill is shaped in a way that makes it easier for my relative to swallow.I do wish that supplement makers would put the pill size and shape on the outside of the bottle. NOW does that on some of their supplements. Lots of people have swallowing problems, and should not have to buy a product simply to find out it is too hard to swallow.There are ingredients I wish I could change the Centrum Silver Women’s Ultra, however, I finally found a multi-supplement that my relative can use for now.

In between I’ve tried other brands but none were anywhere close the great results I’ve had with this multivitamin. Not only is it easier to swallow than most, it’s complete, including just enough iron. For years I’ve chosen vitamins without iron because they had too much & upset my stomach. This one is my new favorite.

My wife and I have used Centrum for many years. We like them and that we’re able to adjust the brand to our health, needs and age. I gave a four star because some vitamins show way more than 100% of daily need which I’ve never understood why they would put so much in if it’s not needed.

Must have vitamin for women 50+
Have been taking Centrum Silver Women 50+ for several years. It has a wide range of supplements and I’ve found it to be just right for me (I’m quite a bit past my 50th year). It is Non-GMO & Gluten-Free. The pill itself is about 1/2 inch long and I don’t have a problem swallowing it.

I have taken this for years and it seems to work wonders. Im rarely sick and u feel better knowing I have a quality multivitamin and mineral supplement since I’m nearing 60. Rarely ever sick.

This bottle of Centrum Silver for Women is shown/advertised as a 200 count single bottle. The package arrived with 5 bottles of 40 count pills. Not what I was expecting/wanting. Therefore, only the 4 star rating.

If you’re looking for an easy to swallow pill, these are pretty large to swallow. They should make a petite size for those with silver threads among the gold.

The vitamins are pretty good, I am admittedly new to these vitamins. It’s my birthday that marked the event. Far since time that I include a vitamin regime in my daily routine. At any rate I think it’s improving my overall health and I look forward to the long term benefits.

Why add red color?
Why bother to add red color? Lots of people have allergies/reactions to food colors/additives, especially red. Why bother to add it? Also, it did not go down smoothly, so had a “vitamin” taste in my mouth for several minutes, yuck!

This is my first ever bottle of this vitamin, so I have only taken one so far. This is a large bottle, and the pills are large, but I do not find them too large to swallow at all. I have had to swallow larger pills than these before, some that were truly gag worthy. This pill went down quite easily with a gulp of room temperature water. I did not taste much flavour, thank goodness. I had a meal about 4 or so hours ago, but in future, I plan to take the vitamin with my meal. I think they likely will metabolise much better that way.If this multi-vitamin does help my health, then this is very good value for money, and that is saying something because I do not feel I get good value from the medical profession any more ever. Doctors offices are horrible these days, and hospitals are MUCH worse. Here we have what are supposed to be 200 high quality multi-vitamins for roughly $16 or so. I think that is a really good deal, and I am worth it. So are you!My experience with vitamins has always been that I never notice any difference in how I feel until I STOP taking them, so I do not expect to notice a big improvement in how I feel as I take these because I think the change will be both gradual and subtle, but I bet by the time I finish this bottle if I stop taking them, I will feel it. At this time, I have no reason not to give these an overall thumbs up.My bottle has an expiration date of 11/20.ETA: I do not have a problem swallowing these vitamins, but I find the pill just sticks in my chest for a good long time after I swallow it, and it HURTS. It takes at least an hour for it to dissolve enough to stop feeling painful in my chest. I think perhaps if these were coated, they would go down much more smoothly. This is a pretty big issue for me because I do NOT like pain (who does?), so I will not upgrade these vitamins to 5 stars for this reason alone.For best results, I now take the vitamin during the middle of a meal. As I continue to eat my food, it seems to help push the pill down. If I take it after a meal, it just sticks painfully in my chest for at least an hour. If you have this problem, I suggest you take it just before you begin eating your meal, or take it during your meal but not afterward.
