Excellent pruners, great for snipping vegetable plants and smaller bushes. Handles are extra comfortable and do not cause blisters after excessive pruning. Would definitely recommend for light gardening and up keep of house plants.

Excellent sharp, durable trimmers
Excellent trimmers. I have used these for several months now around my yard. The grips stay in nice and tight (unlike other reviews posted). They are able to cut larger branches with ease. These make my yard work so much easier and think everyone should have a pair!

So happy to get this in time for Spring! Very comfortable for arthritic fingers and easier to use than previous pruners I have had it the past. Tension is goo and the blades are sharp. Easy to clip off those stems and small branches that need to be removed. Very much recommend this for seniors who are tending their gardens and especially now when it is getting warmer here in the midwest and lots of old twigs need to be removed. Thanks for making a good product, I love it!

Cuts well and comfortable to use
Most importantly, this pruner cut cleanly through both plant stems and small branches easily, without needing to use a lot of force. The gel handles are comfortable, but also make the handles easier to grip securely, so the pruner does not slide in your hand as you apply force. The only thing that I had any trouble with was sliding the little locking button closed at first, it was quite stiff, but after a couple of times, it works just fine.

Good basic sharp pruner
We are pleased so far with its use for light trimming. It has a nice hand feel, and the blades are sharp. Of course the true test is down the road, but so far we are pleased.

Really great clippers and comfortable, nonetheless! It was a smooth cut and it has served us well so far! We had a shrub that was getting a little unruly and this clippers took care of it, no problem. I would recommend it to anyone!

Great Pruners
Wonderful Pruner. The Corona pruner is a great product. When I first used it the shockguard handle was very soft and comfortable feeling. I have had similar pruners in the past that have had a gel handle and after time the handle becomes sticky and nasty, but this one is not like that at all. The lock on the pruner took me a minute to find, but it is placed in a spot where it will not lock up on you when using it, some pruners do that. I was able to use these to trim my full grown magnolia tree, I trimmed lower over growth, then went to dead head patio plants. I was able to use one pruner for many plants and shrubs. This pruner is great to have around the yard. Another nice feature on this is, the spring system, its heavy duty and I had no dirt build up that ended up in there. I definitely recommend these pruners, they are comfy and feel great, works on multiple plants and shrubs.

As an avid gardener I’m really enjoying these Corona pruners. The spring mechanism is stiff enough to stand up to years of wear and tear. The curved blade makes it easy to slice branches and stems. The locking mechanism is easy to manipulate with my thum. As for the ComfortGEL, I LOVE it. It guarantees a firm grip, even when wearing gloves or when my hands are wet. The balance, heft, and performance of this pruner feels very professional and no-nonsense in my hands. I use it for shrubs and other plants.

Good Fit for Smaller Hands
These clippers make a nice, clean cut, are easy to un/lock, & fit well in smaller hands. The handles are cushioned, so comfortable to use for long periods. And they’re small enough to maneuver easily in tight spaces. The bright red handles also make them easy to locate in the garden if you set them down.

These precision pruning shears are designed for fine work, like trimming the leaves off flowers and fine snipping as well as the thick bush branches. What I like best about these pruners is the comfort of the grip handles is so smooth I don’t even need gloves.

I love these pruners, they’re sharp as can be, cut easily, cut is smooth, ergonomic… The one big problem I have, and I have multiple pairs, is it’s one cut at a time. EVERY gosh darn time I make a snip, the blade’s locking mechanism goes into place and the blades need to be unlocked which because the mechanism is so small is more work than actually doing the woody stem cutting. It’s frustrating and annoying especially when I’m cutting at least 25-50 rose stems at a time to have to do for each and every one…

I ordered these to try out and was very disappointed. They didn’t last more than two days. The blade bent after cutting twigs no more than pencil width, and now the blade will need to be sharpened before it’ll cut again. Very poor quality metal, and the pruners do not fit in my hand well at all. I used their measuring table to determine the proper size but the handles in the open position are still way too far apart, which strains the hand. I should have known – cheap hand tools are a waste of money. I will not buy Corona products again.
