My Boston Terrier enjoys them. My vet brags on how clean her teeth and gums are. So they must taste good and do a great job keeping her teeth and gums clean and healthy. Great smell.
My dog likes these more than any other treat that I offer him, he actually runs in circles and becomes impatient when I am taking it out of the bag. They seem to keep his teeth very clean so far and he is 6 years old. I usually buy the 80 pieces pack as is more affordable.

Smell minty!
At first our dog would take one and run off to chew it. We bought them because vet recommended them for his teeth…but now he just takes them and puts them down..doesn’t chew them at all just carries it around. Could ju be our weirdo dog. The smell very minty! I wish our dog would chew them! LOL

Minties VetIQ Dog Dental Bone Treats – the best!
My dogs have so many allergies that I use to grind their dog food and add their other couple things they could eat to make treats for them — it would take hours. The MInties (thankfully) is something that agrees with them, and helps their teeth. My dogs love these so much that if we ran out they would hand me my car keys and lock me out of the house until I came back with more. They live for this daily treat.

Our dogs love them and the ingredients are generally healthy but it can give one of our dogs an upset stomach and after awhile of opening and not successfully closing completely, the bones get rock hard and our dogs have a really hard time chewing them. These are my dogs’ “after breakfast” treat. One dog is 50 lbs, the other is ~30. I give them each one per day. They keep the doggie breath down and my vet said that my 12 y/o dog’s teeth looked very good, with minimal tartar, and that saved me a ton of money by not having to pay for a cleaning. I also don’t like putting my fur babies under anesthesia if I can help it. Wins all the way around!

Do not purchase now has sharp edges
These have been our go to bedtime treat for our two little girls for quite some time. They get one of these at bedtime to clean their teeth.I generally buy in a large group at a time to keep in our pantry. I noticed that the girls started leaving these and not eating them and sometimes in the morning after eating one at night they refused to eat their breakfast.Upon examining the minties in the pantry I noticed the bone shaped that used to be smooth along the sides now have sharp edges so I suspect that the process for the production of the minties has changed leaving sharp edges that are abrasive to my two little fuzzy faces, a Pomeranian and a toy poodle. At this time I have purchased another product that doesn’t have sharp edges. I am stuck now with several bags of minties that I have purchased. I am retired so money in these times of major inflation is tight. Eventually I will try taking a paring knife to try smoothing then sharp edges. This will be difficult as I have arthritis in both of my hands. I would return the product but I have had it too long to return because I purchased in bulk.To anyone purchasing this product please examine it carefully before giving to your dog.

No more bad doggy breath!
These are great for bad doggy breath. And, little dogs who get table scraps occasionally are notorious for it! I have a 6 lb yorkie who loves these, “THANKFULLY”. But, even the size of tiny/ small intimidate her. I have to break them into three pieces to get her to take one to eat. But, she loves them & I love her clean smelling breath!

My dogs prefer the Wag brand of these greenies. I like these better because they are slightly harder than the Wags and so, takes a tiny bit longer to eat. I hope that the extra few chews they take are cleaning the teeth better. The minty smell is a little overwhelming though when you first take one out.

My dogs require sensitive skin and digestion diets for different reasons. One is skin and the other is digestion so thank heavens those two seem to run together. Anyway, I had been buying the limited ingredient Greenies and they just got so high I tried these. Never looked back. My dogs love them. No problems after feeding at least 3 or 4 bags. Winner!

I have a 6 year old maltipoo (maltese x poodle) who is quite small. His breath isn’t the best so I thought this would be a great solution. He threw it up after every time of eating it which is when I started to soak it in water before giving it to him. I thought it might’ve been a digestion problem but even after soaking it, he would still throw up. I think some ingredient makes him sick and I’m not sure if this is common among other dogs or specifically his race or size.

I like these a lot better than Greenies, simply because it takes my dogs longer to chew these and that’s what you want. That’s what you need in order for your dogs teeth to get cleaned from a chew/treat. My dogs really like these and their dental health has improved since switching. We also use a water additive for cats and dogs in their water bowl, as well as training them properly to become used to having their teeth brushed. Overall very good and I plan to continue buying, especially since this is the best price per quantity without sacrificing quality.

They are made in America which is important to me. My dogs beg for these each night after they have been fed. I have two 13 pound rat terriers that chew these up very quickly. They really seem to keep the build up of tartar reduced. Package states make sure dogs have plenty of water available after providing to pet. My dogs do seem to want to drink a lot of water afterwards. It was also stated not to give more than one per day to the dog. I follow this recommendation so as not to make my dog ill.

Minties – A Reasonable Priced Replacement for “Greenies”
Minties – My 3 dogs love them! We have a morning routine. When I get up, my 1st trip is to my coffee maker. When my dogs see/hear this, they all come down to the kitchen and wait patiently for their Mintie. After they get it, they all go out for their morning frolic in the yard. I consider it to be the equivalent of them ‘brushing their teeth’ in the morning.Just this morning, my wife got up before me, and when she went to let the dogs out, they wouldn’t go. She blamed it on inclement weather. I went to get my coffee, gave the pooches their Mintie and they went outside without hesitation.Compared to Greenies, you cannot beat the price. My dog flips for these. When the box arrived she started running around it. Then I placed the unopened bag on the counter and I swear my small dog almost turned into a squirrel to reach the counter. I keep them on a high shelf in the closet with the door firmly closed. It does help her breath. Mainly it’s been tremendously helpful in training my 8 year old dog to sleep in her crate instead of in a human bed to prepare her for a trip. Tough for senior teeth
Both of my dogs really like these, and I do think they work. That said, they are way too hard for my senior shih tzu, who has had several teeth removed. For comparison, he is able to chew the Greenies pretty easily. My younger bulldog has no problem, so if your dog has healthy teeth you should be good.

I’m sure they would work if I could get my little one to actually eat them instead of hiding them everywhere. I guess mint isn’t her thing! Boy does she need them though! My Dobie loves them though!

My little Daisy grew tired of them very quickly
Daisy was happy with these for a few days. Now, she takes one, then drops it and I wind up throwing away. I have no clue why this is so, it just is.

My two little girls love them!
Both my small dogs love them. They’re 12.5 and 13.5 seniors with pretty bad breath. I started out giving each girl one half twice a day, and it helped right away. The only problem was that it made them poop more than normal, so I cut back to once a day. It still helps their breath without making them poop so much. But they let me know they want those treats more than once a day.

My dogs love these!
They are made in America which is important to me. My dogs beg for these each night after they have been fed. I have two 13 pound rat terriers that chew these up very quickly. They really seem to keep the build up of tartar reduced. Package states make sure dogs have plenty of water available after providing to pet. My dogs do seem to want to drink a lot of water afterwards. It was also stated not to give more than one per day to the dog. I follow this recommendation so as not to make my dog ill.

My boy loves this stuff!
I had a Yorkie who loved these things. Unfortunately, she passed away in July at age 14. I still had some Minties left (small dog size, 80 count), so I thought who could I give these to who has a small dog? Well, it turns out that a black lab found me shortly after! He showed up in my yard one day and never left (someone dumped him off, apparently). He’s about 70 pounds, a lot bigger dog than I have ever owned before, and he absolutely loves Minties! Personally, I prefer the “small dog” size for a larger dog. They seem to be big enough for his nightly bedtime treat.

The best dental stick and price on the market!
These are always sold out in thr small size at my local menards. My dogs LOVE them. Such a great small dental stick, and the minty smell is very strong/refreshing. Has really helped one of our older dogs that has bad breath from old age and tartar on his teeth. The dogs now know the word “minty” and beg for them! Great price for this huge bag! I would buy these over the mint and vanilla version. The ones with vanilla make my dogs throw up, the plain minty ones have never once caused them to be anything but super excited!

They seem to really help with keeping tartar at a minimum.
I give my dogs one of these nightly as a treat after their evening meal. They love them. They smell great, niceto and minty. The thing that I’ve noticed is that noticed is that my small dog (Yorkie) has no or very minimal target on her teeth. She’ll be 4 in a couple months.. She’s been getting these since I got her at 5 months.

I use them as bait to get him into his cage and they do the trick. Looking forward to healthy teeth.
