It is definitely easier on my wrist joints and just ordered a second one to keep in different parts of the house because this stapler is truly stressfee on sensitive wrist joints

I bought a stapler and had to return it the same day. I opted for this one and I’m really really REALLY grateful. It’s lightweight. It staples without effort. I staple a lot and I could feel my hand/arm muscle get sore from all that stapling but not with this stapler. I would recommend to everyone.

My swing line version of this finally broke after 6+ years. This is far more of a smaller and plastic version than my previous swing line. I’d prefer more metal Incase I drop it or set down harshly.It works though. Time will tell if it’ll last as long as the swing line with constant daily use. Hopefully so. First impression is it works and seems good enough. It doesn’t stand in its face as well as I’d thought. Little wobbly but I prefer it sitting as it a normal staple would be on its feet/bottom rubber.

I bought this stapler to replace the one that my classroom bulletin board killed. For reasons that mankind was not meant to know, my bulletin board is made of solid wood. Staples and staplers are sent to my bulletin board to test their mettle, and countless have returned broken, jammed, and (on one occasion) flung across the room at velocity. My bulletin board has become my white whale–a source of lasting injury and frustration, periodically forcing its way into my life to cause more devastation. But no longer. This stapler looked my wooden bulletin board in the eye and stapled every last piece of back to school paper nonsense into that hateful piece of wood. Best of all, it took minimal physical effort on my part to staple the papers up, which is good because I have tendonitis in both hands/wrists. This is a very good stapler.

Got arthritis?
Who knew that one could actually improve on a common desk tool, or that it even needed improving? The PaperPro people did & we are grateful for it! Both my Mom & I suffer from arthritis in our hands & fingers, so when my hubs brought one home, we were astounded by its ease of use. This lightweight stapler really only requires one finger (okay, 2 for arthritic digits) to staple 20 sheets of paper. Even my teenaged daughters were impressed, & that alone says a lot. Loved it so much, I had to get the pink one for both my Mom & me. I highly recommend this product to everyone.Note: loading this device is a little different from your standard stapler, but the instructions are here on this site.

Very easy to use, the only downside is that I took it out of the package, discarded the package and didn’t go to load staples into it until some few days later – and the staple-loading method is NOT intuitive! And I’m pretty darn handy! I finally figured it out, and I’m certain the loading instructions are on the packaging I threw away, but be smarter than I am and KEEP them until you load it the first time. It really is a “reduced effort” stapler – I’m a student and keep it on my desk all the time, can staple one-handed without having to put it on the desk and lean on it.(UPDATE/TIP: BTW, I learned the hard way that this stapler requires DECENT staples. Thin (read “cheap”) staples from the dollar/discount stores do NOT work in this stapler – apparently they are made of too thin a material for the little bar to push them forward, it goes OVER the staples instead. Buy some decent staples. I thought I was going to have to trash this thing in frustration when I couldn’t get the cheapo staples to advance – then finally bought some good ones and it worked like a charm. Word to da’ wise….

I bought two Bostitch staplers when I first started teaching high school English 16 years ago. Both broke last year, so I replaced them with these. I’m very fond of pink, they go great with my stuff, and everyone wants to know how I found pink staplers. I get a lot of comments and compliments on them. Fun upgrade!

This is a great stapler, but the included staples location is not readily apparent.
I love the way it works. There is a very satisfying spring action that reliably gets through the entire stack papers. As it is made mostly of plastic, it feels slightly less sturdy than a comparable metal stapler. There is a little bit of play, but not so much that it would interfere with normal use. The description of the item says it comes with 210 staples, but at first glance there were none in the box or pre loaded in the chamber. After looking a bit closer, I found a storage compartment under the base of the stapler that was holding one stick of staples. I hope this helps those who thought they didn’t get the included staples (I was one of those people at first).

I was a little concerned when I realized how lightweight it is but it is soooo easy to use. I have had staplers that you literally had to sit on the desk to bang the staple in. This is so easy to use. I love the pink. None of our predominantly male employees want to take it to their desk and I love that it supports breast cancer research. Would definately buy again.

I highly suggest using this stapler! If no one you know has one… then buy it
Just press (or squeeze) firmly near the end (not that it takes any real strength or effort… just don’t baby the thing!), and this stapler will work magic for you. It’s gone through 20 pages easily for me (not sure about the drop-off in efficacy above that number), and literally thousands of staples (actually more in the range of 10-20k) with a perfect stapling (again, being literal and as accurate as I can here…) probably 99.99% of the time. Obviously that number is adjusted by not including the first few minutes of trying it out (where I forgot about physics and leverage for some reason and just sat there banging the very center of this sleek machine like a brutish ape), and the blanks that inevitably occur at the end of your staple column (or row…?). But in this case, shooting blanks is just fine, since (instead of going to a fertility specialist) you can just reload and keep on keepin’ on.

DON’T STEAL MY STAPLER
My boss demands that only this type of stapler be used while stapling marketing materials for car deals , so naturally when my stapler went missing off my desk , I was on the hunt for a replacement in a bright color so I could catch the thief green handed , ( I ordered the bright green ) .My boss has not complained about my replacement choice ( he complains about everything all the time ) , and no one has been bold enough to steal this one .I have still not determined which person in my office is responsible for the theft of the first one .

Works really great. The first two I purchased show PaperPro on the side but the safety green one I just got shows Bostitch on the side. But these things work really well. Even if picking up to staples it is so much easier than regular staplers. I have had trigger thumb surgery and have trigger finger in my index finger and this really helps with that issue when stapling. I can highly recommend this stapler.

Love this stapler. I have been using the cheap little staplers for over a year now and they are complete throw away items!! I finally decided to invest in a stapler that would hold up more than a few wks and this one is going on 4 months now with no issues at all. I did have a problem loading the staples when I first received it and had to go online to view the video on how to load it. But, now I do it with no problems and it work flawlessly. I would highly recommend this stapler. I do use this at home on a daily basis, but do not staple large amounts of pages at one time, so cannot comment on how that works.

This stapler is my go to in my classroom. It is so easy to use and opens ALL the way flat. It is reliable and rarely misfires. Also, my hand doesn’t hurt when hanging bulletin boards because it is so easy to push. I want one in every color.

This is the PaperPro stapler!Don’t be fooled by imitations! There are several well-known stapler brands that make a product that looks, but doesn’t perform like the PaperPro stapler! I am a teacher and I know some teachers that have tried to buy one like mine after borrowing it, only to be disappointed when they bought the wrong brand. I am, by no means, a brand name buyer, but this stapler is an exception. The biggest difference between this stapler and ones that look like it, is it opens up fully to staple things to the wall and the imitators do NOT.I love the PaperPro stapler so much I have two! The first one I bought from a retail store like Office Depot or something, but that was several years ago and I haven’t found one in any retail store since. Therefore, I always order them online. The first one that I bought worked great for several months, but then something went wrong on it and it wouldn’t work right. I contacted the manufacturer and they quickly replaced my broken one with no hassle, whatsoever. That one continued working just fine until it mysteriously disappeared over the summer break (I hope whever took it is enjoying it as much as I did)! After that I ordered two more online and they have been working great! Other teachers love to borrow them, so I find it beneficial to keep an extra one around. This one I am reviewing is the Desktop model with 20 sheet capacity and I also have the larger one for thicker bundles of paper.The stapler requires just a light push to staple through large stacks of papers or to staple papers to the wall for word walls, poster hanging, or work displays in the hall. It makes a for a super fast bulletin board display! I truly cannot brag enough about this stapler. It doesn’t jam up, loading staples is simple and easy, you don’t bruise the palm of your hand hitting it to make it staple to a wall, it comes in fun colors, and the price is RIGHT!Teachers: BUY THIS STAPLER!!!

I love the color, and this little stapler is powerful. It has “jaws” like an alligator. Press it gently, SNAP, and it’s done! I threw out my “depressing, old, and industrial-looking stapler. This new little pink stapler works far better and somehow makes desk work more inviting.

Hardly have to brag on Bostich staplers because they’re a good old quality standby. But I’ve never had a spring loaded stapler before and boy are they a treat on these old arthritic hands! It’s true…one finger can do it. So much less squeeze pressure needed! I’m glad I bought this item for our home office. Good quality. Good product.

Love the ease of use of this stapler. I had a regular stapler that worked just fine, but recently had a project with a lot of stapling to do. Got an electric stapler that died after about 100 staples. This is really effortless and easy to use. I kind of wish it was a little more bottom-heavy, as it does tend to tip over while sitting on the desk.

Just a couple problems
Love this stapler. I’m older and it takes NO strength to staple something. Two problems: no instructions so had hard time figuring out how to put the staples in. I’ve been using staplers for decades, and this took a bit of trial-and-error to figure that out. 2nd: there is a metal staple puller that sticks out/down at back, so you can not set it on a surface (as in their photo) because it would scratch it. So you have to lay it on its side.

I’ve had one of these in the past. If I needed to staple just a couple of pages it would shoot the staple all the way through. This one never does that! It works great for just a couple of sheets up to about 35. Still works great for a few more sheets but the staples aren’t long enough and start to lose control. 🙂

It appears to be an awesome stapler. It is lightweight, and the handle seemed easy to press with one finger. It took me a min, but I did find that there is a compartment with staples already in it. It is on the bottom, but what took me a min is putting the staples in. It is not he particular way where you lift the top, but if I remember correctly you have to open it like you are going to staple something to the wall and the mechanism slides out

How can one stapler be better than another – Let me tell you
I purchased an early version of this stapler years ago and needed another. Very happy to find it with an updated version.This stapler can pierce may pieces of paper, super quick, and without having to use weight or strength. It does some kind of quick power snap sound an viola, the staple is through all of your papers. It never seems to bind or get the staples messed up that are in the queue. It just works very well and I will never purchase any other stapler brand.

I’ve seen some poor reviews of this product. It’s my opinion that these people may be using sub-standard staples. I only use Bostitch staples and haven’t had a single problem. It operates very easily and the number of sheets it’s capable of punching through is amazing. You can’t go wrong with this stapler… and it’s GREEN! 😊

Overall-very easy to use
I have had several “Paper Pro” staplers, for many years. As such, eventually, they loose their effectiveness- a few staple jams, pieces don’t click in place as well, etc…simply, a lot of use. Over the last few months, I have 3 new (more) ones!! I appreciate having the pink ones still available….have the Paper Pro 3 hole punch in two colors now, too!!!

Best stapler ever, 13 years later still going strong
I have an older version of this stapler that I ordered in 2007. Apparently, “PaperPro” has undergone a brand change, but it is the same product. Actually, this version looks different from mine, because it is a newer (better?) model, but when I search my orders history, it takes me here. Anyway, I was just using it and reflecting on what a quality product it is–just ideal, really. Hard to find anything like that anymore (simple but quality coffee machines and such).Just stapled 30 pages with ease. I feel about this stapler the way Milton did in Office Space–take it away from me, and I’ll burn this motha down 🙂

Very easy to use and light weight. I had a heavy one and had to use both hands for it to function. Sometimes had a problem and had to stop what I was doing to get it to function. This spring powered stapler and light weight and staples FAST! A new concept I have never used before. At 70 years old now, the light weight & quick staple requires less power / strength from me.

Takes very little pressure to use
Regular staplers are difficult for me to use due to rheumatoid arthritis. With this stapler, a push from one finger is all that’s needed. It’s well made and has a compartment to store extra staples.

I love this stapler!!
I have used at least 5 different styles of ‘ergonomic’ or ‘assisted’ stapler, and this one is my very favorite!It is a little loud, and there is a running joke in my office about how noisy I am, now, but it is worth every bit of it for the relief in my wrist! I love that it holds an entire strip of staples, so I’m not constantly refilling it, and it feels comfortable in my hand. I will be buying again and suggesting to all my office friends!
