I got this bug killing light bulb, screwed it into my outside porch light socket this past summer, boy oh boy did it ever work. I had dead moths, boring bees, all kinds of dead bugs laying on the porch the next morning when I got up. Amazing Product
Hurricane Ian ripped a screen panel on our lanai. We were unable to use the lanai because the mosquitoes took over. Finally got the screen replaced yesterday. Put a lamp out there last night with this bulb. This morning we could see that hundreds of mosquitoes had been zapped. Just easily blew them out. Amazing!

I was wondering how a lightbulb and bug zapper in one would work and it works great. I put it in by the back door of my house on my deck, where I have problems with flys and other little flying bugs. I’ve had it out for about a week now and it has cut down on flying pests tremendously. This is a great buy and worked exactly like it should. I would definitely recommend buying this.

Game Changer
Was looking for a bug zapper when I came across this beauty. A self-cleaning bug zapper & porch light all in one! You want to leave your light on in the country to discourage predators from coming onto your property. I can leave the light on & walk out onto my deck at night without being attacked by multiple species of flying insect. Turn it on just before nightfall. It works!

Exactly as described I wasn’t too sure it would work but was amazed at the amount of mosquitoes dead the first day! Only area of improvement would be a way to clean the bugs out easier.. we use a blower but maybe invest in spray can of air.. doesn’t come apart that I can tell.

Perfect for my little porch
I love being able to sit outside at night to wind down reading a book. This bulb allows me to do just that. Prior to this bulb I would have been overtaken by bugs, but now it is very tolerable. Awesome
We live in Florida and are constantly being bombarded with mosquitoes flying in the house. We put this at our front door and we no longer have an issue. Prior to this we would have to crack the door, spray bug spray, wait 5 minutes then exit and by the time we got home from work there would be more. Now there are none anytime of day. We leave the bug zapper part on all the time and the light on at night.

Couldn’t ask for a better one
I’ve been needing one for the side of my house since I live near the woods and can’t seem to keep mosquitos from eating me alive. I decide to try this one since my other 2 mosquito killers units are over worked. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Works great. No issues. We bought two of these, they are at our front and back door. After a week of use I have noticed a decrease in mosquito activity, they are not obliterated but I don’t do the mosquito dance so much when I’m outside which is glorious. I do have to remember to turn them off during the day but that’s all on me lol. The light itself is very bright, the zapper is ninja quiet and not noticeable as a “bright” light when it is on by itself. So far so good!

The packaging wasn’t that great and I automatically thought to myself that this light was not going to work. But I was very surprised when 2 nights later I noticed that the barrage of bugs that normally would attack our porch lights was alot thinner. We don’t have to fight them when we open the door to go in or out now! The light itself screws into a regular light socket and its also got this nifty feature where you can control the brightness of the light by flipping the light switch on and off. And even if you have it on one of the dimmer setting, it still does its job. Although I like the pretty blueish purple light so we always keep it on bright. But this was a well made bug zapper that works just as it should and also has some awesome features. This is an investment you won’t regret especially if you live out in the sticks like I do.

I’ve had a few of these now, and even though the bug zapper part works continuously, the LED lights have died much quicker, and the plastic seems to become brittle quite quickly outdoors and will eventually crumble quite easily.All in all, it does what it is meant to do, which is provide light (from the light socket) and kill all the flying bugs while doing so. This has made our deck nights much more enjoyable. I just wish it was a bit more durable to withstand the outdoor environment so we don’t need to replace them as often.

This light is blue compared to the former Philips dusk to dawn lightbilb I was using. Blue light attracts more bugs. I thought no big deal, because this will attract then kill them. Well the blue light looks really unsightly and it only kills maybe 10% of the bugs. The bugs it does kill don’t slip right off like it’s designed so they are all trapped around the bulb. This becomes an issue because the bulb has to constantly be screwed in again because it is so sensitive to any knock like the door nearby being shut that it will come undone and turn itself off. It’s too late to return this, so I have to just throw it away. Overall it’s a very cheap feeling, not functional, bad looking product.

This was a very easy lightbulb to screw into my lamp. That’s about all the perfection I got out of it. For a few nights (maybe not even a week), the zapper was working and I was only using it at night. I know I still had flies in my house, but by day 5 or 6 they were just amusedly flying around the pale blue light and not getting zapped. The lightbulb needs to be stronger in brightness (lumens) and the zapper should work longer than a week to be sure. I don’t regret buying this as it led me to buying something better (an actual stand-alone pest killer with two fluorescent-type bulbs that has been working better…and brighter).

I like it. It works as it’s described. It’s a bug zapper and a light. Light is vary bright and it has 2 functions you can have both on or just the zapper

I collect a lot of bugs from my outside lights because I live on the water,so I’m always looking for a way to get rid of the bug without spraying anything.Well I have tried a lot of different things and nothing had seemed to work.Well we tried this bug zapper and it worked exactly like we was hoping.It is very light weight and is a great value for the money.We will be more when they are needed.

Works great outdoors
I love the switch on it that allows me to turn the light off but keep the bug zapper on. The dead bugs fall right out so I dont have to clean out dead bugs

I love it. Exactly what I was looking for
I love to sit on my porch at night. Except the normal bulb draws bugs to the door. Now I can sit on porch, with the light on and it says the bugs. No more fighting bugs to get inside!!!! Awesome product. Awesome price!!!

This is awesome. Mosquitos come to the led light and get zapped. It doesn’t make any noise, which is good cause the ones that do, terrify my dog. I will definitely continue to buy these. Highly recommend. 10/10

Awesome
We live in Florida and are constantly being bombarded with mosquitoes flying in the house. We put this at our front door and we no longer have an issue. Prior to this we would have to crack the door, spray bug spray, wait 5 minutes then exit and by the time we got home from work there would be more. Now there are none anytime of day. We leave the bug zapper part on all the time and the light on at night.

Couldn’t ask for a better one
I’ve been needing one for the side of my house since I live near the woods and can’t seem to keep mosquitos from eating me alive. I decide to try this one since my other 2 mosquito killers units are over worked. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Works great. No issues. It’s only been in for about 4 days now and they are slowly Starting to get the point. Definitely give thus a try. It’s worth the $$$

We bought two of these, they are at our front and back door. After a week of use I have noticed a decrease in mosquito activity, they are not obliterated but I don’t do the mosquito dance so much when I’m outside which is glorious. I do have to remember to turn them off during the day but that’s all on me lol. The light itself is very bright, the zapper is ninja quiet and not noticeable as a “bright” light when it is on by itself. So far so good!

I did not see great results after using it in several locations for mosquito control. I will not buy again for that reason; although, the light illuminates well.

The packaging wasn’t that great and I automatically thought to myself that this light was not going to work. But I was very surprised when 2 nights later I noticed that the barrage of bugs that normally would attack our porch lights was alot thinner. We don’t have to fight them when we open the door to go in or out now! The light itself screws into a regular light socket and its also got this nifty feature where you can control the brightness of the light by flipping the light switch on and off. And even if you have it on one of the dimmer setting, it still does its job. Although I like the pretty blueish purple light so we always keep it on bright. But this was a well made bug zapper that works just as it should and also has some awesome features. This is an investment you won’t regret especially if you live out in the sticks like I do.

I’ve had a few of these now, and even though the bug zapper part works continuously, the LED lights have died much quicker, and the plastic seems to become brittle quite quickly outdoors and will eventually crumble quite easily.All in all, it does what it is meant to do, which is provide light (from the light socket) and kill all the flying bugs while doing so. This has made our deck nights much more enjoyable. I just wish it was a bit more durable to withstand the outdoor environment so we don’t need to replace them as often.

I got this thinking it’d be better than an actual bug zapper cause we’ll a light and zapper in one. The light is excellent but the it doesn’t zapper the bugs at all. I live in the woods and well, I’ll be getting an actual bug zapper. Figured I’d save some money, guess in some in some cases what you pay for isn’t always a better deal

This light is blue compared to the former Philips dusk to dawn lightbilb I was using. Blue light attracts more bugs. I thought no big deal, because this will attract then kill them. Well the blue light looks really unsightly and it only kills maybe 10% of the bugs. The bugs it does kill don’t slip right off like it’s designed so they are all trapped around the bulb. This becomes an issue because the bulb has to constantly be screwed in again because it is so sensitive to any knock like the door nearby being shut that it will come undone and turn itself off. It’s too late to return this, so I have to just throw it away. Overall it’s a very cheap feeling, not functional, bad looking product.

This was a very easy lightbulb to screw into my lamp. That’s about all the perfection I got out of it. For a few nights (maybe not even a week), the zapper was working and I was only using it at night. I know I still had flies in my house, but by day 5 or 6 they were just amusedly flying around the pale blue light and not getting zapped. The lightbulb needs to be stronger in brightness (lumens) and the zapper should work longer than a week to be sure. I don’t regret buying this as it led me to buying something better (an actual stand-alone pest killer with two fluorescent-type bulbs that has been working better…and brighter).
