I can’t say I noticed myself feeling more hydrated after drinking these, I peed more so maybe I was more hydrated. What I can say is this needs to be mixed with a lot more than 16 oz of water. I don’t like sweet drinks, mostly I drink plain water or milk…other than my morning coffee that is. I tried this mixed with 16 oz of water as recommended and whoa! Way too sweet and way too salty! I now mix a packet in my normal 30 oz cup of water and it’s much better. Still a bit sweet but better. The flavor is wonderful though. Love the Pina colada!

Safe for rain
The product was good, and safe from rain. The driver was probably afraid of my dog, but could have used a bag to wrap box in. Package was thrown out the window and in my driveway, in the rain. I have put in my account notes about my White dog, he is loud but safe. If afraid of dogs, please at least put packages in a bag to protect from rain just in case. Thank you

I’ve never been a water drinker and trying to find ways of incorporating that into my life. This stuff is great, and I love the different flavors they offer. I use 1-2 packets every day in my 16-oz Zephyrhills water bottles, and I feel hydrated and healthy all day. If I feel tired or groggy, this wakes me up! Overall, I feel healthier by using on a regular basis. The flavors are good, light and not too overwhelming. In my opinion they are a bit pricey but feels like it does do the job of hydrating me since I live in FL where it’s almost always HOT. The individual packs are easy to grab when you leave home or take with you to use throughout the day.

I purchased liquid IV in two flavors, the SF Peach and Regular Hydration in watermelon. I went through the Peach flavor first and must say that my favorite especially after my daily walks in the Hawaiian Sun. Im now on my second bag of the regular hydration watermelon flavored pack. My first try of the watermelon was great. The watermelon flavor is really good and thirst quenching too. Im already placing another order of SF Peach and hope that the company soon comes out in a SF Watermelon one soon too. I love these packets that simply mix in water.

Good product because I don’t drink nearly as much water as I should and have definitely felt and been more hydrated. I wish there were more flavors to choose from though and smaller quantities. This product has more of a salty taste than a sweet taste. It’s very effective for hydration when it is hot outside. I use half a packet per 1.5L and this provides good hydration at a modest cost.

Tastes disgusting but works
I am a lover over lemony flavored water but this is GROSS. Also makes water oddly thicker. I literally just chug it down to get it over with. If you can get passed the taste then you are good because this actually works. I’ve been using it specifically because I have been taking creatine and need the extra hydration to get the most out of it. This works great.

I drink for health care
I drink liquid IV because I need help with staying hydrated. I use to drink tons of water every day but still had trouble getting my blood drawn. My son brought me a couple of packets of Liquid IV saying “this should help mom.” He was so right! I now drink on a daily basis. The pina colada and tangerine are my favorites.

Quick way to hydrate
I am not a huge fan of water which makes it difficult for me to stay hydrated. For the past few days, I have been experiencing lower back pain which resulted that I had a hard time for me to get out of my chair or bed and walk around the house. I am currently recovering from retina surgery. Last night at bedtime , I filled my plastic cup.woth ice water and mixed liquid iv. This morning I woke up and now back feels better and I can now move a little better . Today I have been drinking this throughout the day and feel more focused . This is a game changer for me to keep hydrated.

I dont know why this doesn’t show the nutritional information on the product page. Ingredients, yes, but amounts, no. If I was shopping around, I likely would never have purchased this. But I had tried it before and already knew that it was a legit electrolyte replacer.But here’s the thing. There are any so-called electrolyte replacers on the market. Don’t buy this if you are just looking to flavor your water. Buy this if you profusely sweat, work hard labor outside, or go for long intense hikes, or for emergency use if water is scarce (I like keeping some in my car).A true electrolyte replacer of a serious kind will have quite a bit of sodium (and sugar) and will not taste all that great. But it will help your body quickly, and could be matter of feeling well or feeling bad, or maybe difference between life and death. It isn’t water itself that hydrates you, it is minerals/electrolytes. Did you know that if you drank too much water and didnt have enough actual electrolytes, that you are in fact dehydrating yourself further? This is because your body is being diluted. So add in an “electrolyte multiplier” such as Liquid IV, and you will be set. Keep this in mind in case you are the type that aims for drinking a gallon or so of water a day (or be sure to eat foods that will replenish electrolytes).Not seriously dehydrated? Then go with something more low key. Something that may have just a little sodium, sugar, and minerals. Some are even sugar free. That’s good for those not into drinking water or much of any fluid or watery foods, of for light weight activity, basic hot day, just feeling run down. Just need the little extra to top off small losses. Save Liquid IV for more intense stuff, big electrolye losses.4.5 stars. Will likely buy again. Would like to see them include the detailed packet information,That being said, I bought it for use in intense sweat situations and true dehydration scenarios. I am a bit of a prepper, and so I will be adding this to my hiking bag, emergency car bag, get home bag/bug out bag, medical kit. I love the product for the taste and the extra zing I feel after drinking. What I don’t like is the price. It’s very expensive if you are looking to add this as your hydration mix. I know the makers have seen that they have a winner and it seems logical to get as much as you can for each packet but they would sell 5X as much if it were just a bit more economical. I’ve tried others but it felt like I was drinking flavored candy water or the taste was so strong that I didn’t know if it was hydration or sugaration. (I made the last word up)

I bought this for preventing hangovers and mixing with water for long bike rides, which I do often. At first, I thought it was too sweet but when I started putting in more water, I became very happy with the taste. Does it help with hangovers? I’m not really sure … It doesn’t hurt, that is for sure. I do find it works really well when biking or exercising, or out in the heat and humidity so on that basis, I recommend it amd will probably buy it again.

Works but higher sugar than expected
I use about a half of a packet at a time due to high sugar content. 11 grams. 4 grams of sugar is a teaspoon and approximately the amount in a single serve sugar packet. A friend gave me a strawberry flavor packet. I definitely prefer the lemon flavor although I tend to like berry favors more in most food or drink.

My teenage athlete loves these
We live in South Florida where it’s already hot and my son plays sports and sweats a lot, so his coach recommended these for after practice and sports to get rehydrated quickly and sodium levels back up. I’ve read that it’s very important to keep your sodium levels up when you’re sweating a lot, and this seems to have just the right amount of sodium needed. My son only drinks one packet per day after a run, practice, or rigorous workout. Also, make sure you check with your doctor first.

I work outside and sweat quite a bit so I decided to give this product a try. It’s really sweet, so it really didn’t quench my thirst, it actually made me more thirsty, but it does give you electrolytes. Make sure to bring a few bottles of water if you’re going to use this product.

Would give it 5 but the price. This is a necessary product for people who Have to work in the Heat. So it is frustrating to find things advertised or targeted for “sports or excercise” & priced accordingly when it’s a required fundamental for people who have No Choice but to buy & use daily or Die from Heat stroke.

Best Flavor
Most of the Liquid IV flavors are a tad too sweet for my liking. I prefer my electrolyte drinks to be a bit saltier like Biolyte. But for the price and convenience of having a powdered option, I decided to give the Pina Colada flavor a try. This is by far the best tasting one I’ve come across, Yuzu Pineapple being a close second. It took me 2 or 3 packets to get used to the flavor, but by the time I was through half the packets, I was obsessed and looked forward to drinking it every day. If you love the taste of pina colada, I highly recommend you give this one a try. If you end up disappointed with it, I will gladly take it off your hands! Haha!

Tastes yummy which encourages me to drink more as compared to just plain water. Bought for long days at Disneyland and didn’t want to risk dehydration! I’ll definitely use these again but just a heads up- the day I used these I was running to the ladies room what felt like every 25 minutes! Not sure if it was a coincidence or not, but definitely take that into consideration depending on where you are, because bathroom trips will be in order.

first impression
well, on day one of use I realize less is more, I followed the instructions on the pack and I was having shakes and heart flutters. on top of that the flavor is interesting. the scent reminds me of tang or cactus cooler but somehow the flavor feels thick and tastes muted?so here I am on day 2 to say I fill my cup with water then add a little of the powder at a time, mix it, taste it and add more as needed. with that being said I probably wont come back to update this review, just wanted to let people know don’t just jump in with this powder, take it slow until you know how it affects you.i have anxiety and no known heart problems if that helps.

I really like liquid IV especially in the warmer months. If I’m feeling tired for no reason and realize I need to drink water, I’ll add liquid IV to help my hydrate quicker. I prefer this over all sports drinks. The lemon lime flavor is pleasant but you can taste a little artificial sweetener if you are not used to drinking diet or zero calories beverages.

A little goes a long way- good for cruises
I got the lemon lime flavor. I found that it doesn’t dissolve easily. Lots of shaking and stirring will still leave a lot of sediment at the bottom of a glass. I also found that one packet would easily be enough for double the water recommended. The packet says to add to 16 oz of water. If I did this, there would be a pile of sediment at the bottom. I also gound the flavor to be too intense at full strength. I have best results adding half a packet to 32oz of water.I got it for a cruise, as ships typically distill drinking water. Having the added electrolytes helps to stay hydrated in this situation. It is even more practical when a typical cruise passenger may enjoy more adult beverages than they would at home.Did this product ward off or cure hangovers? Difficult to say. Did I use it again on a follow up cruise? Yes

Tastes like if Squirt (ye olde lemon/lime soda) were made into Gatorade. The Mouthfeel of the water changes with the introduction of a packet, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing. It’s great for anyone working in a hot, industrial environment, or for people who just want to get their drink on without the subsequent hangover (pound one of these in a bottle of water before bed, trust me).Love this stuff in any flavor. Very convenient to keep a packet or two on your person at any time for emergencies.

First things first… I’m not reviewing these as a pro athlete who just gave 110% on the field. I’m reviewing these as a guy that likes to drink beer (and whiskey). The sessions at the Great American Beerfest this year, sampling all I could and more, and I woke up every morning feeling great and ready to go again.Drinking a pouch of this during an evening of drinking and/or before going to bed, drastically cuts down on dehydration and hangover.The flavor is great and they’re easy to use.

I have been trying to get my electrolytes up every day and start off with an electrolyte drink. I do like liquid IVs and as a nurse it helps me at work to stay hydrated. I wasn’t a huge fan of this flavor though, it tastes like I’m drinking candy. Will try a different flavor next time.

GOOD PRODUCT BUT HAS ITS DRAWBACKS
I will be honest, after I drink this product I do not feel more hydrated. It’s the glasses of water that come after it, when I do. I feel like this product enables your body to be more hydrated by allowing your body to retain hydration better via speedy delivery of electrolytes. But it’s not drinking the product in of itself that provides the hydration. This is just how my body reacts to this and I recommend you test this on your own and see how your body reacts as well.Pros: Taste(I got the passion fruit flavor,delicious), the product works quickly, gives a slight energy boost(b vitamins), is Non-GMO, and it does make you feel more hydrated than you normally would but only after having additional water intake.Cons: Has 500mg of sodium and 11g of added sugar in each stick.Now I understand why this product has this much sodium and sugar. It’s because sugar acts as a light speed nutrient transport. That is why a lot of athletes take supplements with drinks like grape juice so that the nutrients are absorbed quicker. And the sodium helps retain the hydration. BUT this amount of sodium and sugar almost seems like this product is designed for athletes or people who are really active. Ingesting this much sugar and sodium just lounging around the house or office seems unnecessary because you don’t have the physical output to utilize these nutrients effectively. This is especially true if you are drinking multiple sticks a day and if you don’t have the best diet and are ingesting these on top of it. Lastly, the amount of sugar and calories(45 a stick) makes this product not ideal for people who fast and/or on low carb, no sugar, or Keto diets. In summation, I usually just take one stick a day(I do cardio 5 days a week) after workouts around 4pm. I cannot take it in the morning because I fast and I do not take it before bed because of the sugar. Basically if you are looking for something to make you more hydrated that you can sip guiltlessly then this product may not be right for you. But if you are active and are looking for something to get you more hydrated then this product may be exactly what you need. Because after all it does make your more hydrated and tastes great.

I’m not the biggest fan of liquid IV but decided I would give the lemon lime a shot. FIYA! Taste good and leaves me feeling rehydrated after a long night with too much fun. These are a little pricey but I usually have enough in a packet for two uses so imagine you really have 32 packets. I knock it down a star for the other flavors not tasting up to par, but I’m typically into citrus flavors so I’m a hair bias.

These work great for me after working outside on those 100°f days. A few minutes after drinking I start to feel significantly less discombobulated from the heat and sun exposure. Stay hydrated!

Liquid IV has become a household staple despite my wallet’s protests. My partner goes through these like crazy, he brings them everywhere – daily road cycles, races & even drinks it throughout the day. The flavor is ok, tastes like yellow gatorade to me. My partner says he can feel the difference when he only drinks water post workout & when he has liquid Iv – more hydrated, not light headed and he doesn’t have to drink as much to quench his thirst. I just wish they were cheaper.

Watermelon!
I have never been interested in getting on the electrolyte bandwagon but when these went on sale for prime day i decided why not give them a try. It wasn’t nearly as salty as I thought it would be, but it’s still salty tasting. The watermelon flavor is good though. Next day I had gained 2lbs so not sure what that’s about! 🙁 I guess my body really did absorb that water!! Who knows if this stuff works but probably good to have one hand for when you’re sick.

Enjoying the taste also made me want to drink more water so, in addition to the electrolytes, I’m all kinds of hydrated! My only note is that the direction/suggestion is to use one packet for 16 oz of water and that is way, way too strong for me. I’ve been adding a packet to my 32 oz water bottle and even that is a little strong, but I drink it down a little and then add more water throughout the morning. About the second or third time I do that, it’s perfect for me. You know, to each their own and maybe others drink as suggested and love it. Could be it varies with the different flavors too. Anyway, I”m happy I bought Liquid IV. I dig the watermelon flavor when it’s diluted. And look forward to continuing use and exploring other flavors. Cheers!

The Liquid IV is in my opinion the best hydration powder available. It works really well, whether you’re fighting a cold, or had too many cocktails. It works quickly. Taste is pretty good, lemon lime flavor. A little gritty if you aren’t patient enough to wait for it to dissolve. It is more expensive than some other options, but I feel it is worth the extra cost.

Quick way to hydrate
I am not a huge fan of water which makes it difficult for me to stay hydrated. For the past few days, I have been experiencing lower back pain which resulted that I had a hard time for me to get out of my chair or bed and walk around the house. I am currently recovering from retina surgery. Last night at bedtime , I filled my plastic cup.woth ice water and mixed liquid iv. This morning I woke up and now back feels better and I can now move a little better . Today I have been drinking this throughout the day and feel more focused . This is a game changer for me to keep hydrated.

Best Flavor
Most of the Liquid IV flavors are a tad too sweet for my liking. I prefer my electrolyte drinks to be a bit saltier like Biolyte. But for the price and convenience of having a powdered option, I decided to give the Pina Colada flavor a try. This is by far the best tasting one I’ve come across, Yuzu Pineapple being a close second. It took me 2 or 3 packets to get used to the flavor, but by the time I was through half the packets, I was obsessed and looked forward to drinking it every day. If you love the taste of pina colada, I highly recommend you give this one a try. If you end up disappointed with it, I will gladly take it off your hands! Haha!

Tastes great, mixes well.
I don’t always want sugar in my electrolytes, but occasionally I prefer a little bit of sugar after a difficult workout session or sauna. Liquid IV is great for that, and actually feel that the few grams of sugar do increase the absorption of electrolytes. Now, before my workouts, I take a fasting specific creatine called Lift, then after the workout I’ll rehydrate with Liquid Iv. This combo helps boost my energy and I feel great all day.These electrolytes mix, well, and the to go packets are perfect for somebody like me who’s always on the move. I would highly recommend.

Would give it 5 but the price. This is a necessary product for people who Have to work in the Heat. So it is frustrating to find things advertised or targeted for “sports or excercise” & priced accordingly when it’s a required fundamental for people who have No Choice but to buy & use daily or Die from Heat stroke.

For those wild nights were you make irresponsible decisions. Don’t dread dehydration. Dump one of these in a cold glass of 16oz of water without ice, mix thoroughly, and kick it back before bed. Repeat upon Sunrise.Good as new! Great product, just don’t over due it. Can cause kidney and gallbladder stones.

legit electrolyte replacer for heavy loss days (immense sweat, hard labor, hiking). Not daily use
I dont know why this doesn’t show the nutritional information on the product page. Ingredients, yes, but amounts, no. If I was shopping around, I likely would never have purchased this. But I had tried it before and already knew that it was a legit electrolyte replacer.But here’s the thing. There are any so-called electrolyte replacers on the market. Don’t buy this if you are just looking to flavor your water. Buy this if you profusely sweat, work hard labor outside, or go for long intense hikes, or for emergency use if water is scarce (I like keeping some in my car).A true electrolyte replacer of a serious kind will have quite a bit of sodium (and sugar) and will not taste all that great. But it will help your body quickly, and could be matter of feeling well or feeling bad, or maybe difference between life and death. It isn’t water itself that hydrates you, it is minerals/electrolytes. Did you know that if you drank too much water and didnt have enough actual electrolytes, that you are in fact dehydrating yourself further? This is because your body is being diluted. So add in an “electrolyte multiplier” such as Liquid IV, and you will be set. Keep this in mind in case you are the type that aims for drinking a gallon or so of water a day (or be sure to eat foods that will replenish electrolytes).Not seriously dehydrated? Then go with something more low key. Something that may have just a little sodium, sugar, and minerals. Some are even sugar free. That’s good for those not into drinking water or much of any fluid or watery foods, of for light weight activity, basic hot day, just feeling run down. Just need the little extra to top off small losses. Save Liquid IV for more intense stuff, big electrolye losses.4.5 stars. Will likely buy again. A little goes a long way- good for cruises
I got the lemon lime flavor. I found that it doesn’t dissolve easily. Lots of shaking and stirring will still leave a lot of sediment at the bottom of a glass. I also found that one packet would easily be enough for double the water recommended. The packet says to add to 16 oz of water. If I did this, there would be a pile of sediment at the bottom. I also gound the flavor to be too intense at full strength. I have best results adding half a packet to 32oz of water.I got it for a cruise, as ships typically distill drinking water. Having the added electrolytes helps to stay hydrated in this situation. It is even more practical when a typical cruise passenger may enjoy more adult beverages than they would at home.Did this product ward off or cure hangovers? Difficult to say. Did I use it again on a follow up cruise? Yes

Yummy In My Tummy
I think these taste great! Especially when added to something else like a body armor drink. I like to drink these when I’m flying since the airplanes can be so drying. Is it helping? Honestly I don’t know because I don’t have the tools or education to properly measure that. However, feel like I don’t get as many dehydration headaches when I use these. So whether that’s the product working or just me drinking more fluids as a result of me using the product, I am more hydrated.
